How are your items made?

All of Sparkly Strandz's items are handmade to order. This will mean that the item you receive may not be the EXACT item shown in the picture, but a new one made when you order. Please remember that not all monitors display colors the same, so if you have a questions about a color stone or crystal please feel free to contact us before purchasing.

When will my order ship?

In most cases all beaded jewelry and stamped items are made and shipped within 72 hours of payment received. If for some reason a certain or custom supply is needed, it may take up to 3 weeks depending on availability.

How long does shipping take?

Items are sent via USPS, and in most cases reach their destination in the US in 2-3 days from ship date. Shipping is $3 on most orders, but purchases over $45 will ship for free. 

Do you accept returns?

Returns are accepted on beaded jewelry within 14 days of purchase in it's unused condition minus the cost of shipping. Please contact us before you send an item back with your order number and reason for return.  Returns will not be accepted without prior email notification.  

If you are returning an item, you will receive a full refund for the cost of the item if it is received within the allowed time. You may exchange an item within 30 days of purchase. Exchanges will not be allowed after 30 days. 

Due to the custom nature of the sterling silver stamped jewelry, returns are not accepted. Please make sure you have entered the correct information/spelling of the item when adding to cart. If you notice an error after making payment, please try to contact us immediately so that it can be corrected.
